Responsibilities 职责:

• Provide technical expertise in design,installation,trouble-shooting and maitenance of chemical rotating equipment.
• Respond to tasks as directed by line manager with the appropriate sense of urgency to minimize impact to process units
• Identify and drive the implementation of reliability improvements
• Perform root cause analysis on failures, develop corrective actions and track results
• Champion programs for rotating equipment changes to improve reliability, providing justification & utilizing Management of Change process
• Support outage and turnaround work
• Support capital expention project

 

Qualifications 要求:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor or above(chemical mechanical or related)

• Minimum- 5 years' experience

• Responsible for executing all work activities in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Familiar with turbine compressor,reciprocating compressor, pump and aigtator etc.
• Must be willing and able to provide overtime coverage and respond to plant call-outs as required
• Must have good technical writing and presentation skills. The ability to understand a business perspective a plus
• Good English writing and reading skill ,prefer fluent oral

• Familiar with vibration program including spectrum analysis

• Familiar with reliability program, have good reliability sense to manage equipment

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Working knowledge of rotating equipment design, installation and maintenace.
• Familiar with the standards and practices in China relevent to rotating equipment, US/Europen knowledge will be a plus.
• Ability to conduct high quality root cause analysis
• Strong team work spirit and be able to work under pressure
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office computer programs
