Deliver innovative Design & CAE solutions to customers on time through close communication with all stakeholders in the project Workflow: Understand the requests of the customers, determine if CAE is the correct path to meet those needs, conduct the appropriate flow simulation and optimizations, document in a clear and concise way, the findings and present those and Celanese suggestions to stakeholders.
Differentiate CAE techniques and technical capabilities with continuous development on new/depth/advanced technology. Workflow: Identify relevant CAE Technologies, collaboration with other functions both and external organizations to consider business impact, and develop a roadmap for implementation of approved technologies
Present and discuss CAE work and Celanese materials and technologies confidently in project meetings, seminars, tech day, road show to both internal and external partners.
Address CAE data gap, and drive appropriate material characterisations through collaborations with other business functions inside Celanese.
5 years+ working experience
Master and above
Proficient in Autodesk Moldflow simulation Ideally have a silver certification or above
Experience in E&E precise components.
A working knowledge of Moldex an advantage
A broad understanding of different polymers and processing technologies
Experience in LCP, tooling, hot runner and processing advantageous.
Skilled in plastic part design with preferred knowledge in Solidworks or CATIA/UG/Pro-e
Good presentation and communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
Sense of urgency and an ability to plan and deliver projects within required time frame. Handle multiple projects at the same time.
