Responsibilities 职责:

• Daily order-to-cash activities with SAP system. Maintain customer master data in a timely and accurate manner. Process customer orders according to established department policies/procedures.
• Support sales representative, for instance stock checking, order status checking etc.
• Price Coordination -Issue the Quotation Letter to customers according to the established pricing and quotation policies/procedure.
• Problem Resolution –Resolve order related issue such as credit block, delay, split order, urgent order, postpone, cancellation, price adjustment, allocation etc.
• Quality Notification - Collect document and consolidate customers/ problems/ complaints according to defined procedures.
• Account Receivables –Proactively resolve outstanding past due invoices by applying in-depth knowledge of customer accounts.
• Update and follow up order status for sales reports/analyses.
• Process sample arrangement according to established department policies / procedures.
• Maintain/Process Sales Commission or Sales Rebate if any.
• Act as the first customer contact person to handle customer inquiries. Initiate coordination with the relevant personnel to solve problems and to ensure the necessary corrective
• Maintain special instructions for logistics and packaging requirements, bundle deliveries and shipments
• Relationship Management – Manage key internal relationships with product management, sales, order execution, scheduler, planner, credit and finance personnel

Qualifications 要求:

• 8-12 years' working experience

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance; Diploma in International Trade, Commercial or Accounts-related subject.

• Demonstrated experience in Order Fulfillment processes/technologies with basic knowledge of logistics procedures, good understanding of commercial and international trade knowledge.
Experience in Chemicals/plastics industry
• Demonstrated experience of using SAP system
• Problem solving and results oriented
Customer focus
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; spoken Hindi
• Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills. Good computer operation skills. Such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
