Responsibilities 职责:

  1. Drive Asia IBP schedule.  Lead the annual budget, monthly demand forecast and bi-weekly flash process, work with the team to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities.
  2. Lead Asia regional demand planning meetings with P&L, Commercial, finance and operations in order to provide rolling 12~24 months sales forecast.  Present the Asia demand forecasts in global demand & IR meetings and follow up on actions.
  3. Improve the demand forecast accuracy through continuously improving forecasting techniques, method and approach.
  4. Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems.
  5. Support the statistical forecasting, SFDC automation and other ad-hoc projects or initiatives to develop forecast efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Cooperate with supply planners to clean data in SAP to make sure our E2E supply tool can be deployed.
  7. Coordinate with the supply planning team to identify the supply gap and work out the mitigation plan.  Monitor SKUs rationalization at plant level to monitor and optimize the inventory level.
  8. Supervise demand planning team in demand management activities; oversee daily activities of the team and provide guidance to facilitate their careers development.

Qualifications 要求:

• More than 8 years' working experience

• Bachelor degree is minimum

• Working experience in multinational company
• Good Microsoft office skill
• supply chain knowledge
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and as a team.
• Result oriented, Highly responsible, Self-motivated.
• Proficient in SAP (PP and MM module), Microsoft office products
• Able to work with people in different cultures
• Able to influence without control
