This position is to support regional leader on Talent Management and Talent Acquisition related process (performance management, succession planning, career development, employer branding, campus recruiting, etc.)
Support the execution and regional implementation of plans and programs that support the strategic acquisition and development of talent.
Support to identify and systematically gather regional talent development needs; analyze strategic factors affecting those needs; develop and execute talent development programs and/or procedures in response to business needs.
Work closely with the TM leader and HR team in the region to ensure implementation global talent management strategies, processes and standards.
Support the design and delivery of employer branding activities.
Support the design and delivery of campus recruiting efforts.
Support the selection and provide regional support of external specialized vendors, following global vendor management strategy and processes.
Enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness; make recommendations on improvement initiatives to regional TM leader.
5+ years HR working experience, experience in performance executing talent management projects and programs is preferred
Experience in Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding or HR communications
Strong technical expertise in performance / talent management
Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Good analytical skills
Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements
