Responsibilities 职责:

The SC CXE Specialist is responsible for supporting regional initiatives to improve Customer Experience quality & cost-to-serve. This role may lead regional and/or participate in global projects to improve system and process effectiveness, including end-user training. This position may also lead and/or participate in process and system improvement to gain productivity & efficiency. SC CXE Specialists may specialize in Customer Services or Logistics & Distribution.
-Break/Fix & System Enhancement Investigation & Resolution
-Process Improvement & Execution
-Project Execution
-Productivity Opportunity Identification
-Knowledge of CX & CXE Strategy

Qualifications 要求:

-3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service or Logistics & Distribution
-Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP system & SD module
-Intermediate knowledge of Order-to Deliver process
-Successful application of project management & change management skills
-Experience in leading regional and/or participating in global projects or process improvements
-Systematic & end-to-end approach to problem-solving
-Numerate & analytical
-Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the organization
-Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
-Fluent in written & spoken English

-Experience in related SC discipline
-Knowledge of Contract-to-Price process
-Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay
-Knowledge of Plan-to-Produce process
-Knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash process
-LEAN & Six Sigma experience or certification
-Flexibility to work late (when needed)
-Willingness to accept assignments per business requirements
