Job Overview 综述:

 

  • Data Privacy Specialist for the Region Asia
  • Member of the global Celanese Data Privacy Team
  • Perform the role of a local Data Privacy Officer for certain Celanese Legal Entities in Asia
  • Support the global, regional and other local Data Privacy Officers and PPRs in their efforts to ensure compliance with the applicable Data Privacy laws, regulations and other requirements

Responsibilities 职责:

Perform the following tasks

  • Manage projects to implement Data Privacy structures and processes in the different Celanese Legal Entities in Asia
  • Create, update and review Data Privacy related documents (E.g. Policies, Record of Processing Activities)
  • Perform and/or support Data Privacy Reviews (E.g. Process Reviews, Data Privacy Impact Assessments. Data Processing Agreements etc.)
  • Develop and update Training documents
  • Develop, update and improve templates and forms
  • Deliver Trainings
  • Consult and/or support employees in Data Privacy related questions
  • Support Data Breach investigations
  • Handle Data Subject requests
  • Monitor developments and changes in relevant Asian Data Privacy regulations and laws
  • Project related work (As Project Member and Project Manager)

 

Qualifications 要求:

  • College/University degree
  • Knowledge regarding the Data Privacy relevant laws, regulation and requirements
  • Work experience in Data Privacy and/or related Compliance areas
  • Profound MS Office suite user experience
  • Team worker
  • Independently working on projects
  • Strong process thinking
  • Fluent language skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with relevant counterparts
