―Demonstrates support for the vision of excellence in safety, health, environment protection, quality and compliance with the BCP’s requirements;
―Demonstrates support to 4 core principles and implement corresponding roles and responsibilities specified in SQRE plan;
―Provide process engineering and technical support to plant operations including troubleshooting efforts, RCA activities as need arise
―Work with capital project owner on process discipline related project design and installations;
―Responsible for implementation and development technical training for knowledge transfer and personnel development;
―Develop and implement improvement plan for unit technology;
-- Work with global CTG and other brother sites to learn and popularize best practices ；
-- Gatekeeper for new technology, trials and implementation regarding product, raw material, process and equipment. and be accountable to tracking, implementation of trials in the whole process；
―Other tasks assigned by company.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Required Yrs Exp:At least 2 years working experience (Not limited to technical role) preferable in compounding industry.
Required Education:Full-time BS degree in Compounding-related engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical engineering, Polymer materials and engineering).
Awareness of safety/quality/environment protection/IATF16949 releavant requirements ;
Basic understanding of compounding process and hands on experience
Ability to work in a team base environment
Ability to lead teams towards a common goal
Ability to handle multitask and multiple simultaneous assignments
Ability to work as self-directed individual
Quick learner and good at problem solving as well as technical insight
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Familiarity with equipment knowledge on extruder, screw elements, feeder, etc, is a strong plus.
Familiarity with process control like PLC.
