Responsibilities 职责:

1. Defines/Refines the scope of project, timeline, key milestones, and budget
2. Identifies and deploys resources required to successfully execute project through the lifecycle with desired velocity
3. Monitor project plan by reviewing design, specifications and schedule (review with supervisor if necessary)
4. Manages project costs & approvals for spend
5. Resolves or escalates issues that might put project deliverables at risk
6. Coordinate across functions to create launch packages, enabling the commercial team to meet translation plan
7. Coordinate and execute training for product launch
8. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
9. Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

Qualifications 要求:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Can influence without formal authority
2. Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
3. Good communication skills, Good Interpersonal Skills (Active listening/ Empathy/ Cooperative, etc)
4. Works well both individually and in a team environment, Quick learner, self-starter.
5. Ownership to drive projects to closure
6. Balances stakeholders: Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
7. Manages complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to affectively solve problems
8. Manages ambiguity: Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear
9. Manages conflict: Handling conflict situations effectively
10. Can engage and motivate resources through indirect leadership

11.10+ years working experience

12. bachelor degrea or above
