Responsibilities 职责:

Communicate, coordinate, and align:

  • Critically assess data and understand implications
  • Minimize Sales involvement in forecasting and order block question
  • Liaise between Sales and Supply Chain
    • Ensure alignment with Sales
    • Alert Sales and Supply Chain concerning deviations from plan

 

Develop and review the forecast:

  • Collect, test, and upload Sales Adjusted Forecast (SAF)
    • Use Excel Front End Tool
    • Employs the Focus and Non-Focus lists
    • Incorporates threshold values
    • Properly apply Statistical (STAT) forecast and SAF input logic
  • Assist Demand Planner to optimize & review forecast
  • Hold Sales accountable for forecast

Manage Volume:

  • Manage allocation of products to customers
    • Allocate volumes in line with supply signals & outlook
    • Communicate levels and make recommendations
    • Release agreed volume
  • Manage allocation blocks
    • Monitor blocked order report
  • Monitor order in flow and release extra volume, if available
  • Coordinate allocation adjustments driven by specific sales or supply scenarios
  • Update APO Volume Management Book on a monthly basis
  • Use APO/GATP functionality to manage allocation of available material to customers based upon an agreed Final Constrained Forecast

Master Data Health:

  • Maintain Master Data for:
    • Demand Planning
    • Volume Management
  • Collaborate with the Global Demand Planner to identify and correct forecast issues driven by Master Data
  • Monitor the CVC Health Page or CVC Integrity Report & Obsolete CVC report weekly, at a minimum
    • Ensure ECC and APO are properly aligned
    • Delete or correct out of date CVCs
    • Correct any additional exceptions

Qualifications 要求:

  • 3+ years of relevant expierence in supply chain, procurement, customer service, etc 
  • Top Five:

    • Understand Supply Chain Fundamentals and Supply & Demand Principles
    • Proficient in SAP Systems and MSExcel
    • Have or ability to easily obtain business and product knowledge
