• Demonstrate support for the vision of excellence in EHS and implement corresponding roles and responsibilities specified in “Celanese Employees and Leaders EHS Roles and Responsibilities” matrix.
• Ensure maintenance manpower resources are available for routine, urgent, outage and TA activities.
• Support maintenance planning team and operation team to arrange maintenance plan and required resources of routine, outage and TA.
• Engage in high risk maintenance work execution. Take part in daily tool box meeting to focus on personnel behaviour and work safety.
• Be responsible for maintenance employee and in-house contractor incident investigation and sharing.
• Keep consistent and proactive improvement to drive related procedures and regulations flawless execution to enhance maintenance execution team SQRE performance.
• Be responsible for yearly performance assessment for in-house contractor.
• Work with learning facilitator and contractor coordinator to drive people training to promote safety awareness and technical knowledge.
• Be responsible for coaching and development of team members.
• Other assignment by supervisor or company.
• BS degree in equipment, engineering discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of petrochemical or chemical manufacturing related experience on management position
• Deep understanding of local regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership and execution skill
• Good working knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Project
• Knowledge of SAP
• Basic knowledge of applicable engineering specifications related to manufacturing
• Logical and creative thinking

• Good communication skill in both written and oral
