1.Primary point of contact for assigned customers;
2.Creates account plans for all assigned customers, and actively look for new opportunity. Responsible for execution of account plans and developing corrective action plans as needed to close gaps.
3.General account management: customer visits, call reports, sampling, negotiations, customer service, etc.;
4.Responsible for creating/maintaining sales forecasts/IBP; Maintains all SFDC data related to assigned accounts;
5.Market intelligence of product chain.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Required Yrs Exp: More than 5 years on Sales/Commercial roles;
2.Required Education: Bachelor or above, prefer Chemical/ Science, or Commerical;
3.Excellent communication and negociation skill;
4.Good new business developing abililty;
5.Fluent English speeking and writing;
6.Fast learning of products and marketing;
7.Good team work thoughts.
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Experience in Paints & Coating or Waterproofing areas;
2.Well market understanding in South China;
3.Presentation skill in big conference.
