Responsibilities 职责:

  • Assist in design, develop, implement and communicate China Total Rewards policies, principles, processes and programs.
  • Develop and/or participate in rewards surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
  • Monitor market trends to continually evaluate and enhance programs.
  • Analyze, review, recommend, and obtain approval for changes to China compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in design and implementation of new programs.
  • Use experience to make recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, job revisions and organizational structures
  • Document and evaluate job content, including activities, duties and requirements.
  • Support leadership team with annual pay planning process
  • Assist with technical hierarchy and manufacturing progression process.
  • Support equity administration, including coordination for annual LTI process, China SAFE and LTI tax reporting and filing
  • Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits to employees and other HR groups.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or laws and regulations and help prepare government filings, plan audits, or other tax-reporting requirements.
  • Support in M&A or other projects or ad-hoc issue resolvement assigned by Manager

Qualifications 要求:

  • University degree
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Good English
  • Experience setting up and/or administration of group and individual policies (benefits)
  • Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Familiarity with payroll (not system specific)
