Overview 综述:

The IT Service Management Specialist will be part of the IT team in Asia and will collaborate with the Service Management team members globally in maintenance and enhancements to ITSM processes and the ServiceNow tool which supports them.

Responsibilities 职责:

  • Ownership of one or more ITSM processes – document, obtain consensus across IT leadership, publish, train, manage execution and compliance through dashboards and KPIs, make continual improvements as necessary
  • Provide training as necessary, including developing recorded process training to be consumed on demand by IT users
  • Resolve Incidents related to owned processes
  • Evaluate and implement, if agreed, requests for system enhancements for owned processes
  • Participate in bi-annual ServiceNow upgrades – maintain test plans, create Automated Test Framework plans, understand changes to owned processes in each upgrade, conduct testing, support implementation
  • Lead or support upgrades and other projects as assigned, utilizing ServiceNow ITBM processes
  • Manage dashboards for IT and SMO

Qualifications 要求:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT service role
  • College degree in IT or other technical field
  • Good spoken and written English
  • General understanding of Information Technology (IT) and IT equipment
  • Strong software skills - especially in MS Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Analytical attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team


Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Desire to grow / learn Information Technology (IT)
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team environment ITIL foundation
