1.Primary point of contact of assigned customers;
2. Create account plans for all assigned customers;
3. Responsible for execution of account plans and developing corrective action plan as needed to close gaps;
4. General account management :customer visits, call reports, sampling, negotiations, customer service, etc;
5. Value capture gather volume/pricing /share intelligence;
6. Maximize price realization to customer's NBA;
7. Take action on leakage management recommendations from product lines;
8. Responsilbe for creating/miantaining sales forecasts;
9. Maintain all SFDC related to assigned accounts
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. 5yrs+ experience in related industry(engineering plastics preferred ;
2. Excellent negotiation skills, can show the abiltiy to forge effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally;
3. Customer forcused & Good business acumen
4. Required Education:Bachelor or above
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Experience on EV market customer development is preferred ;
2. Good presentation skills internally & externally would be a plus
