Responsibilities 职责:

The coordinator administration will coordinate office activities while providing administrative support to management, including but not limited to:
1. Have the custody of company seals and supervise the process of company seals' creation, usage and disposal
2. Oversee office central services (reception, cleaning, maintenance and repair, etc.)
3. Monitor office spending
4. Lead document retention and Nanjing office portal management
5. Business license annual filing
6. Coordinate and arrange quarterly townhall
7. Coordinate holiday announcements and prepare holiday gifts
8. Support wellness/CSR/WIN/YP and other site activities
9. Provide administrative support to site leaders

Qualifications 要求:

  • Good communication both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal abilities
  • Speak English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • 1-3 years proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
  • Associate or bachelor degree

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to deal with and solve problems
  • Ability to write email communications in English and Chinese
  • Continuous improvement sense
