Customer Experience Advanced Specialist- OPEX
As a Customer Experience Advanced Specialist you would work as a member of our Global Customer Service Operations Excellence Team ensuring that all processes and service level is the best we can provide as an international team, on a day to day basis you would have the main activities as the following:
• Break/Fix & System Enhancement Investigation & Resolution
• Global & Regional (where appropriate) System Implementation & Process Development
• Project Management
• Identify Productivity and System/Technology opportunities and develop Solution Guidance for those opportunities
• Input to Customer Experience & Customer Experience Enablement Strategy
