1. Own oversight of Global Payroll process for assigned region to ensure compliance with global and country-specific policies and procedures.
2. Drive controls and operational excellence including but not limited to, SOX, segregation of duties, audit and compliance programs.
3. Establish partnerships with third party providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
4. Ensure process design supports fiscal and regulatory compliance.
5. Collaborate in the creation and report of metrics and high-level reports.
6. Ensure that there is the data integrity between HRIS and the payroll system.
7. Actively lead global and local projects as required.
8. Serve as escalation point for payroll issues requests and ensure employee’s queries are resolved within established SLAs.
9. Coach, mentor and provide leadership development to team members in order to optimize operational excellence and create a deeper bench of experienced talent.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. 3+ years of experience in multi-country Payroll.
2. Project Management knowledge/experience.
3. Exposure to multi-country payroll in an outsource service environment.
4. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
5. Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in English.
6. Required Yrs Exp: External-5 years and above
7. Required Education: Bachelor or above degree from an accredited university.
