• Primary point of contact for assigned customers;
• Creates account plans for all assigned customers, and actively look for new opportunity. Responsible for execution of account plans and developing corrective action plans as needed to close gaps.
• General account management: customer visits, call reports, sampling, negotiations, customer service, etc.;
• Responsible for creating/maintaining sales forecasts/IBP; Maintains all SFDC data related to assigned accounts;
• Market intelligence of product chain;
• key coordinator for relevant industry associations and standards;
• Other tasks assigned by the manager
• Required Yrs Exp: More than 5 years on Sales/Commercial roles
• Required Education: Bachelor or above, prefer Chemical/ Science, or Commerical
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
• Good new business developing ability;
• Fluent English in speaking and writing;
• Fast learning of products and marketing;
• Good team work thoughts.
