Responsibilities 职责:

Work Location: Nanjing/Shanghai

 

 

•Propose monthly FG/RM stock targets; follow up upon year plan
•Ensure optimised production schedule based on forecasts/orders/stock plan to fulfil CRIF target
•Work with production team on flexibility improvement for meeting biz target
•Create obsoletes/off spec overviews and propose solutions within manufacturing. Coordinate with sales for solutions outside manufacturing
•Ensure timely call-off of materials
•Act as a “Toll Owner” in managing material movements. Coordinate other daily activities among toller, NJ and SJ Plants.
•Setup and maintain Production Models in SAP.
•Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications 要求:

• Bachelor degree or above, 3-7 years of working experience, experience in Chemical company 3-5 years 
• Well proven and methodical problem solving capability.
• Ability to work with people with different educational and cultural backgrounds and deal with ambiguity.
• Good written and Oral English is preferred

• Working experience in chemical company
• Basic chemical process knowledge
• Good Microsoft office skill
• Commercial sense
