Responsibilities 职责:

Provide high quality and quantity of directed work and results for adhesive lab tests
1. Proficient with product and process knowledge; Great technical understanding in core areas
2. Good sense of personal impact on business and customer value
3. Plans and executes multiple complex tasks, instruments and processes
4. Solves complex problems efficiently and independently;
5. Plans and executes multiple complex tasks, instruments and processes
6. Identifies opportunities and implements improvements(methods/process)
7. Analyzes data and creates summary reports
Utilizes MS word, excel, and ppt effectively
Creates and deliver presentations

Qualifications 要求:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Required Yrs Exp:5 years of Bachelor or 2 years of Master

• Required Education:Bachelor and above in chemistry related major

• Five years working experience in adhesive/polymer
• Strong safety mentality
• Enjoying lab work
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Willing to travel if business needs
• Good teamworking spirit

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- major in polymerization or chemistry education
- better to have working experience in lab function
