Responsibilities 职责:

  • Work location: Shanghai / Nanjing
  • Monitor variance of key raw material value chain from different chemical feedstock 
  • Key contact with 3rd party consultant on market index 
  • Work with global team on key raw material forecasting process, order tracking tools, etc 
  • Provide data driven suggestion on sourcing strategy (spot buy, contract structure, etc) 
  • Track sourcing team KPI 
  • Maintain supplier database 
  • Facilitate internal / external supplier audit 
  • Project based analytical work to identify implication / actions based on market trend 
  • Analyze and interpret requirements, and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications 要求:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, MBA will be a plus 
  • Fluent in spoken, written, communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin; 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-minded and good time management skills; 
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeliness; 
  • Good team player, project management skills to drive and improve service level agreement deliverables; 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite; 
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
