Responsibilities 职责:

Position Summary:

Create and maintain master data records pursuant to various company requirements by meeting the global Master Data SLA commitments focusing on SOX and internal policy compliance.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Creates MD object (Customer or Material or Vendor or Finance Master Data) pursuant to various company requirements by meeting the global Master Data SLA commitments
  • Comply with all the Master Data maintenance rules focusing on SOX compliance
  • Develops expertise in Master Data requirements and interdependencies between functions (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Treasury; Supply Chain, Accounts Receivables, Tax, Global Trade Compliance, etc.)
  • Assures data integrity by completing changes required to maintain high levels of data quality
  • Assists requestors in Master Data related issues
  • Ensures good communication and excellent collaboration with process participants to collect required information/data and resolve incorrect master data
  • Familiar with Master Data quality and business rules

Qualifications 要求:

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years SAP experience
  • PTP, OTC or Supply Chain relevant work experience
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Customer centric, good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proactive, positive, result oriented personality
  • Good business communication skills in English both written and oral
  • 2 years of MD or other related SSC field experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and to successfully interact and communicate to all levels of an organization
  • SQL knowledge and experience is an advantage
  • Excel / VBA is an advantage
