- Understand customer pain points and collaborate to propose potential process changes/new solutions
- Pro-actively bring solutions to improve productivity (consider all technologies including automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning) – work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to develop the business case
- Pro-actively communicate key initiatives and listen to customer feedback- Improve IT services and manage impacts to business
- Be accountable in front of the customer for delivery of all IT services
- Collaborate and align with global IT resources (as well as global customers) needed to support the key process transformation efforts in shared services
- Serve as first point of escalation for all IT related customer issues
- Transform business requirements to IT Solutions:
- Design, configuration and testing in various S/4HANA SAP Modules: FI & CO
- Design, configuration and testing of interfaces
- Design and testing of emerging technologies for robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
- Collaborate closely with technical development and/or functional configuration resources to implement systems changes (if not implementing on own)
- Code reviews of solutions/enhancements with developers
- Manage or participate in new IT implementations (for example M&As, divestures, new SAP modules or systems)
- Acts as liaison with customers/stakeholders for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, solve and test problems/tickets and map Celanese business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy needs
