• Ensuring adherence to all safety and compliance written standard operating procedures and controls, and to defined operational escalation process to leads, regional experts and plant personnel
• Coordinating all load, shipment and traffic processes with local plant and warehouse personnel to ensure on time delivery to customer
• Executing SAP postings in a timely manner
• Tracking desk metrics defined for on time shipping and on time delivery, providing root cause analysis outside tolerance to be incorporated into overall scorecard and process improvement plans
• Assisting with resolution of freight invoice discrepancies, and inventory reconciliations
• Recommending process improvement including development of preventive and corrective actions for quality failures
• Exceptions and emergency management
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Required Education:B.S. or above
• Supply Chain experience, experience in SAP
• Minimum 1-2 years experience and good market knowledge in logistic for road / rail / terminal / marine
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer Focus
• Language:Excellent written and oral communication skills of English
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Good knowledge of compliance regarding imports/exports and hazardous materials for liquid bulk, experience in multi-modal logistics operations or terminal/warehouse operations
• Good capability of self-motivated and self-management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with knowledge (SD & MM mode) in SAP system
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Language: fluent in both written and oral English
