Responsibilities 职责:

  1. This position will provide a key interface between the customers (molder/OEM/Distributors) and company to develop Celanese's EM business in the covered region.
  2. Work closely with business planning staff and local technical resources to grow the business with existing accounts.
  3. Develop new customers in the region and to move customer programs from concept to commercialization.
  4. Set clear goals and objectives including sales target for the covered territory.
  5. Develop knowledge and insight of major competitive threats including competitor landscaping, market share analysis and competitive material’s attributes to specific applications.
  6. Account Planning and Management:
  • Primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Creates account plans for all assigned customers.
  • Responsible for execution of account plans and developing corrective action plans as needed to close gaps.
  • General account management: customer visits, call reports, sampling, negotiations, customer service, etc.
  1. Pipeline Development;
  • Surface project ideas.
  • Execute translation priorities.
  • Request technical T&I resources for sales support.
  • Introduce and sell new products to customers.
  1. Value Capture.
  • Gather volume/pricing/share intelligence.
  • Maximize price realization to customer’s NBA.
  • Take action on leakage management recommendations from product lines.
  1. Responsible for creating/maintaining sales forecasts.
  2. Maintains all SFDC data related to assigned accounts (Account plans, relationship maps, etc.).
  3. Build solid and different level relationship in assigned key accounts for sustainable growth.
  4. Coordinate with global and regional team to drive the business growth in Global key accounts, including global meeting, exchanging.

Qualifications 要求:

  • BS or higher degree, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors are plus.
  • Good oral and written English.
  • At least six years Automotive related based customer experience, deep understanding of Automotive industry, value chain, more than 3 years key account management experience is plus.
  • Strong business development with strategic thinking capability, good sense and ability to establish relationships with associated stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Collaborative work effort as good team player, strong execution with agility, ownership to take challenge and determination to drive challenging result.
  • Proactive, self-motivation to take the responsibility with strong problem solving skills and good influence skills.
  • Good sense and action on customer value chain and can impact the value by communication skills and influence skills.
