Responsibilities 职责:

Location is Jiangsu/Zhejiang

  • Understands the performance of CE products and actively assists the commercial team in explaining technical properties to customers to allow customer discovery of its value
  • Meet with customers to understand their specification needs and surface project ideas for solutions to SFDC with a focus on the high value flexible program
  • Execute projects where no additional technical resources are required
  • Support introduction and sale of new products to customers via translation opportunities
  • Testing
  • Sales vs. plan
  • Value capture
  • Realization / Support of Customer Options Mapping in vote with the commercial team

Qualifications 要求:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • 3-10 years in auto business （Thermal management system relate）
  • Bachelor above
  • Ability to independently work with customers to develop a tailored solution
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems independently
  • Key Competencies: Functional/Technical Skills, Customer Focus, Listening, Problem Solving, Peer Relationships, independence

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Good knowledge on thermal management system and related applications （PTC/EWP/TMM/CFCV）
  • Familiar with the thermal management system value chain
  • Strong new market development capabilities
  • Tiers, molders focus and has full skill for projects management
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good communication, presentation skills and commercial sense.
