Responsibilities 职责:

  • Customer Service Metrics: To achieve 100% Performance Metrics and work on Order Fulfillment and Delivery to Request. Work on guidelines (Order Acceptance/Confirmation. Deliver to Request / Promise, Documentation – timeliness and completeness) and execute the same.
  • Should have potential to co-ordinate between the different cross-functional team to achieve the CS metrics.
  • Order Processing / PI issuing:Get order processing done for Direct Customers a/c; Domestic & Slow-Moving Inventory order management, issuing PI on same day on receipt of customer PO / price acceptance between customer and seller.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationship: Strong internal & external customer focus.Smooth and effective coordination with Customers Procurement & supply chain, internal Sales Team Members, Logistics,  and cross-functional departments.
  • Handling Customer Complaints:Issuing customer complaint in internal portal (QN), following up for investigation and to settle the commercial and quality claims following the proper approval process.
  • Tracking vessel movements, providing timely updates to customers. Inform marine about any changes in discharge ports and quantities.
  • Work closely with Marine (Singapore), Sales Support-CAR (China) for timely documentation on Demurrage DN and Rebate payout to customers to speed up the claims process.
  • Regular follow-ups with customers for outstanding payments. Contribute and support in achieving AC Business target.
  • Coordinate for insurance claims.
  • MIS Reporting: To track and report as per business needs.
  • Compliances: To maintain the track records as per the Audit standpoint and face internal Audit as and when required.
  • Documentation: As per process requirement & follow the SOP. Oversee day-to-day operation. Expertise in solving customs clearance documentation issues.
  • Interconnect with all stakeholders: Global connect with other regions for e.g. China, Singapore & Europe … like Planning; Finance; Logistics teams, BDP and Liners….
  • Distributor and Rebate agreement – Processing agreements as per business demand.

Qualifications 要求:

Graduate /PG from reputed university .
