Provide high quality and quantity of directed work and results for construction lab tests under the direction of the senior lab chemist or engineer
1. covert customer requirement to workable testing requirement, conduct test and report results
2. provide solution to moderate complexity projects or problems, including:
- new application development
- formulation development/optimization
- test method development/optimization
3. test support for new product development
4. application qualification for plant
5. Maintenance of equipment
6. Maintaining good housekeeping and records
• Bachelor in chemical related major
• At least three years mortar related working experience
• Has working experience in lab function
• Strong safety mentality
• Enjoying lab work
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Good teamworking spirit
