Responsibilities 职责:

Manage internal and external warehouse

1. Make sure correct and on-time warehouse material in-and-out record
2. Execute the material shipping action based on lab operation scheduling
3. Execute the delivery of customer sample based on request from development team
4. Review the physical inventory of external warehouse bi-quaterly
5. Handover required material to on-site operation team timely 
6. Execute customer sample drying request

7. Skill needs:

    Forklift operation certification
    Good communication skill
    Team work mindset
    Accountable

 

Maintain CHIP Inventory database

1. Make sure correct  reflection of chip inventory timely
2. Keep optimizing the material flow process based on biz. needs
3. Execute the material order flow from dvlp request to physical material ready in lab
4. Maintain new material entery into chip database after PPSAR approval
5. Maintain warehouse related record in sharepoint
6. Periodically generate lab operation KPI report to key stakeholders

7. Skill needs:

   Documentation skill
   Basic English reading cap.
   Good communication skill
   Chemistry Bachelor
   Accountable

 

Operation support and lab coordination

1. Manage lab asset list (status、disposal、new capex record etc.)
2. Coordinate lab equipment maintenance scheduling based on matrix plan
3. Execute order of lab consumables from operation team
4. Other potential lab coordination work based on needs

5. Skill needs

   Documentation skill
   Basic English reading cap.
   Good communication skill
   Passionate
