1.制定生产基地设备（动设备、静设备、仪表、电气）预防性维护计划和管理策略；
2.确保政府法律法规及内部机械完整性程序的合规性;
3.为维修执行团队提供专业技术指导和培训，协助生产及维修部门进行问题的诊断及处理；
4.组织和参与设备故障原因的分析，为设备可靠性相关的变更管理提供技术输入和回顾；
5.支持和配合项目新设备的设计和验收等。
1.机电仪一体化/机械/电控/自动化/电气/过程控制等相关专业本科及以上学历，
2.1-2年相关工作经验
3. 能够使用统计方法、工具分析和解释数据
4. 解决问题能力强，注重细节
5. 优秀的英文口头和书面沟通能力
6. 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint、Word等办公软件
7. 能够在团队环境中独立和协作地工作
