5. To cooperate with other department, increase product quality, to correct according to quality problem or customer complaint, increase production efficiency and reduce production cost. 与其他部门合作，提高产品质量，提高效率降低成本。

1. Comply with ergonomics, skilled at manual add (Including liquid & powder raw material charge),and packing of powder to meet and exceed production KPI's
   遵守人机工程学，熟练的进行现场人工生产操作（包括液体和粉体的物料人工投料）粉末的包装, 达到或超过生产部关于包装的KPI要求
2. Operate the packing system.
   操作包装自动化系统。
3. Ability to conduct some hands on work and use of approved tools and must be able to do JSA.
   具备进行手工操作和使用被认可工具的能力，有对工作进行做安全分析的能力
4. Ability to operation forklift
   具备叉车操作能力
5. Observes the discipline to ensure the smooth progress of production.
   遵守公司/工厂的相关要求或纪律，保证生产正常进行。
6. To assist the shift leader to carry out the work and make sure the date of production is accurate and is transmitted on time.
   协助领班开展工作以及准确及时记录生产数据。
7. Participates in continual improvement actively/project.
   参加持续改进活动/项目。
8. Communicate with team to conduct root cause analysis for HSE incident and quality issue
   和团队成员一起对HSE和质量事故进行根本原因分析
9. Zero reportable incident through follow the SWP, LOTOTO, Confined Space, other work permit
   遵守公司的安全规定确保零安全事故。
