• Monitor or Download bank data and upload / enter them to SAP
• Apply cash receipts and offsets
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure that unapplied cash and credits is minimized
• Contact both external and internal customers to clarify open issues related to applying cash
• Contact banks and Treasury to clarify open issues related to applying cash
• Perform monthly reconciliation / closing procedures
• Perform regular reporting tasks related to AR activities
• Coordinate with the Credit analyst and Collection teams
• Assist team leader with creation and maintenance of departmental policies, training documents and performance metrics
• Actively participate in accounts receivables projects as required
• Proactively seeks possibility for improved service delivery to meet business needs
• Do weekly Cash Collection forecast report
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Excellent analytical skills and attention to details；
2. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial informaiton;
3. Ability to interact with employees and customer in a professional manner;
4. Ability to speak and write English fluently;
5. Microsoft Excel and Word;
6. Strong work ethics.
7. Required Yrs Exp: 1-3 years of experience in the field of cash application, accounting, AR or debt management
8. Required Education: Bachelor degree in related majors, e.g. accounting, financing, economics, business, etc.
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: SAP experience is preferred.
