Responsibilities 职责:

  • End-to-End ownership of ITIL process and ServiceNow Products (complexity and number of Products vary)
  • Process efficiency analysis
  • Explore and introduce new modules/processes/features
  • Coordinate ServiceNow development activities
  • Product owner/SPOC towards IT for enhancements in responsible service area
  • Communicate and train the stakeholders on processes
  • Support the maintenance of process documentations
  • Drive Continual Service Improvement plans
  • Contribute to the productive efficiency of owned services
  • Participate in ServiceNow Upgrades
  • Advocate ServiceNow platform and standard ITIL processes in IT
  • Manage dashboards
  • Coding, development and solution building

Qualifications 要求:

  • Experience in administrating Service Now ITOM workflow
  • Experience in ServiceNow ITOM coding and development
  • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
  • High adherence to processes
  • Result-oriented focus
  • Understanding of the ITIL concept
  • Analytical mindset
