Senior Platform Engineer

 

You will be involved in the following tasks

Join our team as a Senior Automation Specialist for our cutting-edge Platform Engineering Team. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is tailor-made for you. We're on the lookout for a tech enthusiast to be a valuable addition to our Digital Innovation Platform Engineering Team.

As a key player, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation, supporting our Robotic Process Automation Environment (Automation Anywhere), Microsoft Azure AI, Power Platform, Snowflake, SiteCore Management System, and Analytics platform tools like Tableau and Alteryx. Your primary focus will be to ensure a healthy environment, keeping all applications up-to-date, and compliant with our Celanese policies and guidelines.

 

 

Main activities:

 

• Ensure the proper change management on Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Azure AI, Power Platform, Snowflake, Site Core Management System and Analytics platform tools like Power BI and Alteryx.

• Global projects that shape the digital landscape
• Keep our systems up to date and conduct system upgrades in a timely manner
• Monitor system and processes health status and provide recommendation for improvements
• Create code catalog for RPA developments and ensure that our standards are followed
• Create and maintain Dashboard for recording the savings generated by Digital Innovation automations
• Be the first point of contact in all type of issues around Digital Innovation  tools
• Work closely together with other IT teams like infrastructure and security
• Implement and sustain the monitoring in Service Now and ensure that all tickets are assigned and handled in timely manner
• Do system check after server upgrades

Qualifications 要求:

You will bring to the team: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment in IT support role (2nd or 3rd level)
  • Graduated in Information Technology or other related field
  • Technical architecture background in Automation Anywhere or SiteCore Management System a plus
  • Desired knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI, Power Platform, Snowflake,  and Analytics platform tools like Tableau and Alteryx can be a strong advantage
  • Fluent English skills
  • Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
