Major activities:

 

Primary role of the position is to provide IT services for Celanese – Finance internal users to design/select, implement, and support IT solutions (SAP and others). This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge and IT expertise to effectively integrate technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve expected business results. Furthermore, this position will provide on-going support for maintenance of business aligned with IT prioritizations and release schedule.

 

Primary responsibility includes:

  • Understand customer pain points and collaborate to propose potential process changes/new solutions
  • Pro-actively bring solutions to improve productivity (consider all technologies including automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning) – work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to develop the business case
  • Pro-actively communicate key initiatives and listen to customer feedback- Improve IT services and manage impacts to business
  • Be accountable in front of the customer for delivery of all IT services
  • Collaborate and align with global IT resources (as well as global customers) needed to support the key process transformation efforts in shared services
  • Serve as first point of escalation for all IT related customer issues
  • Transform business requirements to IT Solutions:

- Design, configuration and testing in various S/4HANA SAP Modules: FI & CO

- Design, configuration and testing of interfaces

- Design and testing of emerging technologies for robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning

- Collaborate closely with technical development and/or functional configuration resources to implement systems changes (if not implementing on own)

- Code reviews of solutions/enhancements with developers

  • Manage or participate in new IT implementations (for example M&As, divestures, new SAP modules or systems)
  • Acts as liaison with customers/stakeholders for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, solve and test problems/tickets and map Celanese business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy needs

 

Qualifications 要求:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in SAP with strong background in Finance
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • SAP S/4HANA configuration and process experience in SAP Finance, Accounts Receivable, FSCM and Treasury

- End to end experience in SAP financial implementations (planning & scoping, requirements gathering, build (configuration), testing, cutover, go-live support)

  • Desirable experience in SAP-FI/CO, Controlling, Accounting
  • Strong understanding of financial integration with commercial (Sales, Sourcing) and Supply Chain
  • Ability to read code (and debug; nice to have)
  • Experience with monitoring IT Service Levels and driving improvements (service quality and costs).
  • Ability to drive and lead process change & present results at highest levels in the organization
  • Can influence without formal authority
  • Can manage high-profile and large scale improvement projects while achieving aggressive targets & meeting time-lines
  • Customer Relationship Management – ability to engage and develop strong relations with customers across Finance and Supply Chain
