Responsibilities 职责:

1. Implement segment strategy and translate into sales by working with customer
2. Accountable for acquisition and development of application projects in these markets with customers in China
3. Accountable for these markets’ project pipeline
4. Accountable for the specification of our products at the OEM or the respective system supplier

Qualifications 要求:

Required Yrs Exp: at leat 5 years in plastic industry in commercial function 

Required Education: Technical / scientific education Bachelor above 

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Strong personality with authenticity who can add authority in discussions with customers etc.
2. Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems

3. EN: written & oral should be workable

4. Business understanding

 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Deep knowledge in engineering resin (especially AEM and other elastomers and rubbers) related applications , markets and customers
2. Strategic thinking and
3. Excellent Communication skills along with proficiency in basic computer skills
