- Defines/Refines project scope, timeline, key milestones, and budget managing project costs & approvals for spend
- Identifies and deploys required resources to execute project through the lifecycle successfully and with desired velocity
- Monitor project plan by reviewing project design, specifications and schedule (review with supervisor if necessary), manages project gate change approvals
- - Resolves or escalates issues that might put project deliverables at risk
- Coordinate across functions to create launch packages, enabling the commercial team to meet translation plan
- Coordinate and execute training for product launch
- Push launches to meet pipeline expectation plan
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
- Effective Communication managing expectations of key stakeholders, enable decision making and maintains full life cycle of project with regular reviews

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelors, Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or equivalent
- Ability to resolve issues and optimize processes
- Ability to work in Cross-Functional environments

• PMP Certification a plus
• Experience in the areas of plastic business or technology, E&E, Automotive market especially battery application, clean energy market preferred;
• Project Management, R&D, Production Engineering, Quality, or commercial experience a plus
