• Lead and progress OEM qualification of elastomer materials at various OEMs
• Provide routine technical support to manufacturing of Santoprene and Hytrel AP facilities
• Providing technical support for future business expansion
• Maintain product data internally and externally

• BS or higher degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer related field
• 3+ years of technical experience in thermoplastic elastomer technology, familiar with material testing and OEM qualification. Experience as technology service to elastomer materials
• Comfortable in international cross-functional teams, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a global team.
• Problem-solver and attention to detail
• Good in English
