Responsibilities 职责:

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

  • The Regional Product Manager is the champion of the product portfolio and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Supply Chain to establish objectives consistent with the global business strategy and drive execution, maximize growth and profitability and be a strong voice on the business leadership team.
  • Product Management – Drive decisions that impact the business related to payment terms, FCCI, product lifecycle management, new development support, new product launch, and post-launch tracking. Optimize volume, price, and product mix and ensuring there is a robust innovation pipeline.
  • Pricing Strategy & Execution – RBM’s are responsible for evaluating overall regional pricing and providing guidance to the commercial teams on any increases or decreases needed at specific customers to maximize contribution margin. They are also responsible for communicating broad BL price increases to the commercial organization and considering requests for less than target implementation on a case by case basis.
  • Demand – On a monthly basis, the RBM’s participate in and pressure test the regional demand for their territory.
  • Inventory management – RBM’s work with S&OP, BL, and commercial teams to manage inventory.
  • Customer Service & Support – RBM’s will engage with large customers in their territory when pulled in by the commercial team. They may also approve order postponements, credits, approve samples, etc.
  • Manufacturing & Supply Chain – RBM’s regularly engages with manufacturing, procurement, logistics and supply chain to advise on strategy in these functions and for support in executing initiatives important to the business

Key Outputs and KPIs:

  • Meets or Exceeds Annual EBITDA targets as set out in Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Meets or Exceeds Inventory (DIO) targets
  • 3-5year growth and investment strategy in place to deliver 10% EBIT growth
  • Product Strategies Developed and Clearly Communicated at the Regional Level

Key Relationships & Stakeholders:

  • Celanese ELT and BL leadership
  • Direct supervision of regional business and commercial managers, T&I, and supply chain
  • Cross-functional collaboration with, manufacturing, finance, and procurement
  • Key customers, suppliers, and third-party industry stakeholders

Critical focus for next 12-18 mos:

  • Maximize profitability of product line(s) in responsible region via pricing and share gain/growth opportunities at positive cash contribution margin
