• Demonstrates support for the vision of excellence in safety, health, environment protection and compliance with the BCP’s requirements. • Provide technical expertise in design, installation, trouble-shooting and maitenance of rotating equipment. • According to equipment category, develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategy for all rotating equipment. Maintain equipment care plan and spare parts regularly.
• Respond to tasks as directed by line manager with the appropriate sense of urgency to minimize impact to process units.
• Identify and drive the implementation of reliability improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis on failures, develop corrective actions and track results.
• Champion programs for rotating equipment changes to improve reliability, providing justification & utilizing Management of Change process.
• Support outage and turnaround work.
• Support capital expense project.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Responsible for executing all work activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Familiar with rotating equipment knowledge, structure and function, such as turbine compressor, reciprocating compressor, pump and agitator etc.
• Must be willing and able to provide overtime coverage and respond to plant on-call as required.
• Identify equipment potential issues and develop preventive/predictive maintenance proposal timely.
• Take part in and make life critical work safety plan, review & coaching field execution.
• Work as coordinator with outside contractor service.
• Develop and update standard maintenance procedures depend on working requirements, according to training schedule, deliver training to develop the technical capabilities of maintenance team.
• Basic oral and written Engilish skills.
• Good communication, management and organization skill with team work.
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities：
• Working knowledge of rotating equipment design, installation and maintenace.
• Familiar with the standards and practices in China relevent to rotating equipment, US/Europen knowledge will be a plus.
• Ability to conduct high quality root cause analysis.
• Strong team work spirit and be able to work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office computer programs.
Required Yrs Exp and Education：
3 ~ 5 years chemical industry working experiences in maintenance, reliability or equivalent.
Bachelor or above (chemical mechanical or equivalent)
