Responsibilities 职责:

  • Achieve and exceed annual KPIs to meet annual financial commitments (revenue, volume, margin, account receivable)
  • Continually draw insights on customer needs and seeks new sales opportunities from multiple channels to build healthy growth funnels.
  • Drive topline growth at key accounts through KAM including setting growth strategies, delivering effective account planning, building, and managing multi-level & cross-functions relationships, and successful execution.
  • Drive new business development through identifying high growth markets and defining the strategy, business model, product positioning, margin structure, sales channels accordingly to accelerate growth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the markets and competitive landscape in support of product and solution development.
  • Work with downstream brand owners to drive pull through demand and enhance Filament’s brand awareness via creative marketing campaigns and actives.
  • Conduct a regular, routine process for managing sales objectives including Key Account Plans, Call Reports and execution tracking of funnel.

Qualifications 要求:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering or other appropriate discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant commercial experience with strong business and financial acumen
  • Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills, national/global account management experience preferred
  • Strategic mindset to be able to see the big picture and the underlying business opportunities; Analytical ability to develop business cases and analyze market data.
  • Self-motivated with a highly entrepreneurial spirit and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Explore in uncertain markets, adapt to shifting priorities, anticipate and resolve challenges through understanding internal and external working processes.
  • Work under pressure, ability to work and excel in a constantly changing environment.
  • Requires 60% domestic travel.
