Responsibilities 职责:

1.Operate the test equipment safely. Lead/support lab new capability development
2.Act as key contributor in keeping ISO17025.                                                    3.Preliminary inspection and judgment of on-line product quality
4.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
5.Set and maintain the appropriate SOP and JSA. Keep good maintenance of the instrument, conduct necessary calibration timely.  

Qualifications 要求:

1.Follow laboratory safety rules and company EHS at all the time.
2.Bachelor in Chemistry, polymer, and material science with above 5 years’ work experience in testing lab or related area. 
3.Good self-management skills, with the ability to function effectively as part of a cross functional team.                                                                                       
4.Strong ability to learn new knowledge, good coaching skills on operation side.                    5.Task priority management
6.Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
