1. Perform daily posting and clearing timely and accurately within established accounting procedures and guidelines in Global Finance Service Center
2. Proactively communicate with colleagues in other countries and departments (i.e. CSR, sourcing, production etc) for finance / accounting related inquires and problem solving
3. Perform and / or support month end closing activities
4. Process account adjustments and reconciliations, follow up the remediation or action plan
5. Provides support to Operations, including product unit cost reporting, cost analysis and inventory adjustment control, etc.
6. Maintain accounting related basic system data setting in ERP system, incl System user, Master data, Code Parts, etc.
7. Support to optimize system setting to achieve automation of daily work processes.
8. Other ad-hoc tasks from team leader or management
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics or Business.
2. At least 3 years accounting experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in foreign invested companies.
3. Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
4. Proficient in ERP system (i.e. IFS) and MS Excel. SQL knowledge is preferred
5. Self-motivated, proactive and able to take pressure, also act as a good team player.
