Position Title: Manager HRBP
Location : Hyderabad
Purpose and Summary of position: (5-8 major activities):
- Enable the achievement of the Celanese Vision and Objectives in the organization. Support and influence culture and climate, and coach managers to become excellent leaders.
- Deliver comprehensive HR programs, initiatives, and solutions to enable successful execution of business strategies with high levels of employee engagement and fully compliance
- Ensure implementation and application of HR policies and represent the needs of Celanese with COE teams
- Provide HR perspectives on business strategies and work with management to proactively identify areas of improvement related to human capital and business needs
- Act as a change agent in initiatives including but not limited to organizational design, succession planning, talent management, industrial relations, M&A projects and productivity
- Identify services needed from CoE at country level and ensure desired service delivery model been utilized appropriately; funnel feedback to regional/global HR with any issues in implementing service delivery model or areas for improvement
- Support managers in HR related activities requiring in-person presence (such as employee and labor relation issues, disciplinary activities, termination, etc.)
- Establish objectives for responsible area and implement cost control
- Be responsible for coaching and development of managers and team members

- Industrial relations experience
- Experience in facilitating and managing change
- Proven ability to implement HR programs and policies

Required Yrs Exp
- Over 10 years of HR experience, of which a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Manufacturing HRBP role
