The duties and responsibilities of the role:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT/WHT filing reports and tax payments for responded China&AOC entities, ensure the accuracy and timely submission. 
• Perform internal SOX control tasks and related financial processes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assistance for documentation maintenance and update company’s tax database.
• Liaise with tax authorities, external statutory auditors or tax agencies to assist to deal with tax audits or any tax queries.
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in routine tax procedures.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• Professional knowledge on Asia Taxation
• Knowledge on accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Prioritizing capabilities
• SAP experience is preferred

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Taxation related
• Solid knowledge on Finance and Tax regulation
• Above 2 years relevant work experience
