Leading a team of Order Coordinator, required to execute Sales Led Fulfillment within the Order To Cash process.
Lead and monitor Order Coordinator daily operation, provide support to each individuals when needed. Work with related functions (logistics, planning, finance, business, sales, OPEX, etc.) for trouble shooting in order to ensure the clear process.
Organize necessary communication among functions to monitor back-order and defect resolution status in Order Coordinator scope, and timely perform critical issue solving or escalation. Effectively manage day-to-day emergencies/issues. Drive internal and external customer satisfaction.
Accountable for driving continuous process improvement to simplify and standardize procedure, reduce non-value added activities and costs, increase productivity and achieve customer service targets.
Bachelor or above
5+ years experience of Customer service and/or S&OP
3+ years experience of people managment
- Nice to have experience of manage remote team member out of China
- CE internal talent, Supvervisor(Sr. Team leader) or above.
Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Ability to build relationships.
