Responsibilities 职责:

  • Engage with business and functional stakeholders and Program/ Project team members to drive the change agenda
  • Leverage CMO tools and methodology to deliver appropriate change interventions and drive value through change adoption
    • Create and execute key deliverable such as: change/communication/training strategies and plans, change charters, stakeholder identification and assessments, change impact assessments, business readiness assessments
    • Identify change management risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
  • Partner with leaders, subject matter expert, process/product owners in:
    • Assessing and classifying the business change to determine the right change strategy and approach
    • Ensuring the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to projects
    • Providing expert coaching and advice to help develop change management behaviors in project delivery
  • Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management activities for the project lifecycle and post go-live
  • Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Celanese’s business
  • Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills - experience in working as a trusted advisor at senior business leader level on critical, complex challenges
  • Ability to influence effectively at different organizational levels

  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills

Functional Skills

  • Deep expertise in managing culture, process, and technology centric change initiatives
  • Expertise in transformational change and change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results 
  • Significant experience in Change Strategy and Planning, Change Impact Assessment & Change Action Execution, Change Measurement, Stakeholder Management, Communications Management, Change Network Management, Learning Needs, Strategy & Planning, Learning Design, Build, & Execution
  • Significant experience in consulting and change implementation/delivery
  • Experience using a variety of change and project management tools such as: Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, Office Suite, Adobe Captivate, Powtoon, Articulate/Storyline, etc.



  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications/marketing, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Certification in organizational change management, such as Prosci, CCMP, Kotter, or other equivalent certification
  • Must have 10+ years of relevant organizational change management work experience with 5+ years of progressive organizational change management experience leading cross enterprise, functional, diverse teams
  • Experience in leading change in large, complex organizations undergoing significant transformation
  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. Effectively coordinate multiple projects with interrelated teams, processes, and technology issues simultaneously within aggressive timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization with a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and organizations with fast paced growth through acquisition
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to articulate and concisely convey ideas
  • Prior leadership experience working seamlessly in a multinational organization across multiple time zones and cultures
