Job Overview 综述:

Responsibilities 职责:

按照生产计划进行生产,发现并报告与生产工艺、质量有关的问题,在直线主管及工艺、质量工程师的批准下，对生产中的异常情况采取措施，具体包括:

1）遵守公司的EHS准则、核心价值观及劳动纪律等；严格遵守标准操作程序、标准操作条件和工单要求实施生产；
2）掌握至少加配料以及包装的操作，在此基础上再进行挤出机等相关岗位的学习；
3）出现设备问题时，联系维修同事修理并积极跟进；
4）发现异常问题或潜在的“问题”发生时，报告相关人员，并能协调其他人员一起进行初步处理或调查分析；
5）能够积极参与5S活动，在工作场所维持高标准5S状态，并做好责任区域的5S.
6）负责生产线物料消耗和记录工作，按照工单要求控制加料量；
7）其他主管安排的工作

Qualifications 要求:

1）中专或高中及以上学历；

2）1年以上工作经验，熟悉生产操作流程

3）在以往工作经历中表现出优秀的安全操作意识和技能；

4）具有良好的团队合作精神；
