Responsibilities 职责:

  • Responsible for growing the IMC (Industrial, Medical and Consumer) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers, in line with the Global and Regional Business Strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive pipelines, and provide expertise.
  • Proactive and able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • May identify and establish relationships with new customers.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationship with customers, act as a trusted advisor to the customer.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, across key verticals (key account plan).
  • Analyze the market information, trends including competitive intelligence and have them reflected in the appropriate strategy development.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and address customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Works to find resolution for both new opportunities and issues. 
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Culturally aware and able to work effectively in a global setting.
  • Will be responsible for sales forecast within their territory. 

 

  • May locate, evaluate, and recruit potential channel partners.
  • Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training, to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services either through direct sales or through a base of reseller partners such as dealers, systems integrators, value-added resellers, distributors, or retailers.
  • Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals.

Qualifications 要求:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or any equivalent backgrounds.
  • Over 5 years of proven work experience as an account management role in IMC or similar business.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically 30% - 60% of the time
  • A collective, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional with significant knowledge within own discipline and knowledge of related disciplines, completing specialized and/or moderately complex tasks under moderate supervision.
